The problem
When the film industry needed a trusted, fast COVID-19 testing partner to keep productions running, there was no existing playbook. Sets needed reliable results on a tight daily schedule, not a clinic visit that could take a whole day out of a shoot.
What we built
Prevention Pods delivered tiered, FDA-approved RT-PCR testing at scale, brought directly to production sets across Los Angeles. Concierge delivery meant cast and crew were tested where they worked, with turnaround built around a shooting schedule instead of a waiting room.
The outcome
